The laser improver for a natural denim look after laser treatment
Lets’ go straight to the point: laser technology is one of the best improvement in garment manufacturing since years. Even if nothing can replace the outcome of manual scraping, but the latest technology, it happens that laser may leave a greyish or brownish, unpleasant patina on the surface of a denim garment.
ZETAKIN LST – the laser treatment improver – is what can fix this awful result of burning the cotton fiber of the denim helping to easily remove this patina. Moreover, it allows laser treatment to convey a more natural denim look, while reproducing a manual scraping effect on the surface, keeping its original cast and shades unchanged.

ZETAKIN O3 is an activator for the denim treatment with ozone machines, a booster that enhances the O3 action on denim garments and lets you reduce the whole process time.

ZETAWHITE SO
Powder detergent without optical brightener
ZETAWHITE SO is a powder formula for the washing and the bleaching of garments in cotton and mixed synthetic fiber garments.
It doesn’t contain fluorescent whitening agents; it is used to whiten the indigo dyed garments pre-treated with strong oxidants such as permanganate and hypochlorite.
It is a special product developed by ZAITEX R&D Garment, which is ideal to be used in order to pop out the outcome of the bleaching and the scouring of denim garments.
ZETAWHITE SO can be used for; scouring – bleaching of cotton, bleaching of the areas whitened with oxidants, modification of the colour of the indigo dyed denim and colour reduction at denim dyed with sulphur dyes.

ZETAFLEX IND and ZETAFLEX IFR
Solutions to improve fastness on indigo-dyed garments
Seeking for an enhanced raw look? ZETAFIX IND and ZETAFLEX IFR will improve your washing or rubbing fastnesses for sure.
ZETAFIX IND is a formaldehyde-free fixing agent especially suitable to be applied on indigo or sulphur-dyed garments.
It improves the washing fastness and the resistance to enzyme or stone wash, bleaching, preventing weft and pockets from staining.
ZETAFIX IND can be applied by exhaustion, dipping or by spraying.
It improves screapability getting brilliant garments and more abraded areas. Combining ZETAFIX IND with ZETALASE BT30 - a room temperaure enzyme - it is possible to reduce the color bleeding and get cleaner texture and pockets. It has no influence on denim shade depth, keeping an almost quite unaltered raw denim look and appearance. Rubbing fastness can be improved on a case-by-case basis.
In order to improve a raw denim garment dry and wet rubbing fastness, ZETAFLEX IFR is a self cross-linking emulsion, suitable to be applied with no resin or catalyst.
Applicable by pad, by exhaustion and by spraying process, ZETAFLEX IFR increases the abrasion resistance tangibly.
This product is also particularly used for garments dyed with reactive or sulphur dyes.
