Sprinkle System
Sprinkle system gathers all ZAITEX chemical auxiliaries specifically developed to be applied by nebulization or automatic spraying systems, taking advantage of the latest automatic spraying technologies.
This range of auxiliaries has been fine-tuned based on bespoke recipes for bulk or mass production, suitable both for garment and denim.

Garment dyeing is commonly known as the whole process of dyeing semi-finished or fully manufactured garments – for instance pants, pullovers, t-shirts, jeans, sweaters, dresses, bathrobes, casual jackets, shirts, skirts, hosieries – in order to give them an original look or style. Usually those garments are defined as RTD (Ready to Dye) or PFD (Prepared for Dyeing).
No matter which kind of garments are made of, zaitexfashion developed a series of chemical auxiliaries suitable to be used to get any original look you want and any market-driven fashion effect you desire.

ZETATERRA : Eco-friendly pigments from natural resources
ZETATERRA is a series including pigments of natural origin, featuring a wide range of shades, from pale to bright colors.
Unlike animal or vegetable dyes, ZETATERRA pigments feature higher overall fastnesses and brighter shades.
ZETATERRA Pigments are listed in GOTS and ZDHC.
We consider ZETATERRA pigments range to be eco-friendly because:
⦁ The dyeing process involves GOTS & ZDHC approved auxiliaries
⦁ Low operating temperature process – max 50°C
⦁ Low energy consumption due to short time of the dyeing process
⦁ Easy water treatment with no electrolytes and the simple filtration of the dye bath
The dyeing method with ZETATERRA pigments allows to achieve stunning washed-down effects on garments.
Having a very good light & washing fastnesses, featuring a high reproducibility, ZETATERRA pigments can be used in combination to get infinite color shades.
ZETATERRA pigments can be applied on cotton, wool or polyamide garments.

ZETALIGHT DYEING PROCESS : Dyeing process for remarkable HI-LOW effect and high fastnesses
zaitexfashion R&D Garment developed ZETALIGHT PROCESS that involves ZETALIGHT dyestuffs, a series of dyes suitable to get a high contrast dyeing effect on ready garments.
Dyeing garments using ZETALIGHT dyes series allows to get astonishing super-vintage effects on them. If applied in combination with ZETAFIX SLK fixing agent, they guarantee good fastnesses.
ZETALIGHT dyes may be discharged by means of potassium permanganate, sodium hypochlorite or laser treatment.
